Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
After receiving your returned item, we’ll inspect it and email you at contact@chronovix.com within 3 business days to:
Confirm we’ve received your return.
Notify you whether your refund is approved or declined (e.g., if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return criteria).
Approved Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
The credit will automatically apply to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If your refund hasn’t posted:
Double-check your bank/credit card statement — processing times vary.
Contact your bank or payment provider — they may require additional time to finalize the transaction.

Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error and equests must be made within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
To request an exchange:
Email contact@chronovix.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include photos/video of the issue for faster resolution.
Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement within 8_12 business days.
Gift Returns
Gifts shipped directly to you: If the order was marked as a gift, we’ll email you a gift voucher (valid for 1 year) once the return is processed.
Gifts shipped to the purchaser: Refunds go to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Shipping fees are non-refundable and deducted from your refund total.
For tracking and security, we recommend using insured mail.
Processing & Delivery Times
Exchanges: Allow 5–7 business days for processing + shipping time (varies by location).
International returns: Delivery times depend on customs and local carriers.
